Shipping policy
We offer free delivery to all our customers across India for all orders.
Order confirmation and shipping:
- Once you place an order, you will receive an email and SMS, confirming your order.
- All orders are shipped within 3 business days and delivery can take 2-10 business days depending on location.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, once your order is shipped.
For all COD orders, a customer care executive will call/WhatsApp you to confirm your order. In the absence of response/confirmation, your order will stand cancelled.
Order cancellation:
- You can cancel/modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellations. For any cancellations, please write to us at contact@namyaliving.com and we will revert within 8-10 hours.
- Please note that for COD orders, the delivery rider will not hand-over the package to you till you make the payment. So any order cancellations or modifications cannot be made at the time of delivery and will have to be routed through our customer care.
- Our delivery partners will make 3 attempts of delivery to you before returning the parcel to us. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and are available to accept the shipment.
- Please note that for COD orders, the delivery rider will only accept Cash. We don’t provide a Card on delivery service in any part of the country.
In case of COD orders, we suggest you leave the cash with someone else in case you are not available at the shipping address.
